i had some issues regarding my orders. - 2 broken straws from 25 (it isnt a big problem) - received wrong sample. i ordered a bottle glass gradient but received smart mug. ( at first i thought im fine with this because i would have ordered this sample before but when i see the item, the quality is awful) - ordered uv dtf but the quality isn’t that good. i can’t even read the words on the image. (if you can read it , you are such a genius 😂) the positive reviews - the jelly glasses are perfect so far - the lid silicone is perfect size for libbey glass so , it would be great if they are doing quality control of their products before send it to the customers. even only for a sample they should send a good quality product withou any defect. the service and the communication are excellent. Suzanne was doing her job properly. Human error does exist but please next time you should double check your product for the satisfaction your clients 100%.. thank you.
